At US Immigration Consultants, we are committed to delivering accurate and professional immigration form preparation services. We offer a limited Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
- If an immigration form we prepared contains a preparation error solely caused by our office, and the error results in a government-issued rejection or Request for Evidence (RFE) that identifies the mistake, we will refund 100% of the service fee for that specific form preparation.
- Refunds are limited only to the service fee paid to US Immigration Consultants.
Filing fees paid to government agencies (such as USCIS, NVC, or other authorities) are non-refundable. - Refunds do not apply to case denials, delays, or rejections caused by:
- Client-provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Changes in immigration law, policy, or application procedures.
- Discretionary decisions made by immigration authorities.
- Eligibility issues based on personal circumstances.
- Clients must submit a written refund request within 30 days of notice of error, including:
- A copy of the government notice (e.g., rejection or RFE) citing the preparation mistake.
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days of receipt.
